Immigration Legal Services Referral Network Information Form  

The Utah Center for Immigration and Integration in the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity is a resource for individuals and businesses to learn about pathways to recruit and retain global talent. The center coordinates with state and federal agencies on policies and programs related to immigrant integration, develops statewide strategies to promote economic opportunities for migrant populations, and convenes a task force to identify and make recommendations on state policies around immigration. 

Immigration legal services and assistance are critical for businesses seeking to recruit and retain international talent and ensure existing immigrants can access resources to maintain work authorization, lawful permanent residency, and naturalization.

To support this work, the center seeks to establish a referral network with immigration legal assistance providers and produce a legal services guide for businesses and individuals in Utah seeking immigration legal assistance.
