Dear Parents, we can't wait to work with you this year in discipling your students. We are blessed to have some amazing leaders here in this youth ministry who truly love the Lord but also Love your students. While they are personally growing and learning, they are committed to walking with your student and planning for the ministry in order to fulfill our mission to disciple them towards Christ.

This survey helps our leaders and ministry out so that we can get some context to your specific youth. The more information we are able to gather, the better equipped we can be to serve you and your family this year.
