Vaccination Clinic Opportunities

The Black Horse Pike Regional School District will host two (2) vaccination clinics in collaboration with the Camden County Department of Health and Cooper Health Systems. The vaccination clinics are for students, staff, and parents/guardians.

If you wish to get vaccinated, please try to fill out this form...it is only 4 questions. If you are unable, no problem! The Camden County Department of Health will accept walk-ins the day of the vaccination clinic, so long as you fill out the paperwork upon entering.
