Thank you for your interest in submitting your physical address for the Lights of Livingston map. This is not a contest, rather a celebration of community spirit!

Both Residential AND Commercial addresses will be added as they are received on a digital map using GoogleMyMaps. In the details section please include any information you would like shared with the public. We will not be publishing names or contact information of participants. Additionally feel free to submit a photo of your decorations to rec@livingstonmontana.org OR via this form and we will publish on the map as well.

You consent to allow your home address and image to be made available to the public via City of Livingston website and the Livingston Recreation Department Facebook and Instagram. You agree that the City will hold all right title and interest to the photos taken of your property.  You agree to Hold Harmless the Livingston Recreation Department for any incidents or accidents that may occur, directly or indirectly, on your property as a result of your entry in the Lights of Livingston map. You attest that you have the authority to make this release and that you am the authorized agent of your household and are 18 years of age or older.
