The undersigned agrees to allow the named athletes to participate in the Rockbrook Swimming Team; and hereby expressly releases and discharges the Rockbrook Pool Association and the Rockbrook Swimming Team, it officers, directors, volunteers and employees from all claims, demands, actions, judgement and executions that the undersigned had, now has, or may have against the Rockbrook Pool Association and the Rockbrook Swim Team, its officers, directors, volunteers, and employees resulting from any loss of damage to the person or property of the undersigned, his/her spouse or children participating with the swim team activities associated with the Rockbrook Pool during May, June, and July of 2022 *
