Please fill out every field of the application completely. Once you have applied you may submit a $200 deposit that is required from all vendors in order to be considered. Your application will be reviewed as we strive to offer healthy options, local content, international cuisine, variety and novelty. Your submission DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT!
All decisions are final. If you are not selected your $200 deposit is refunded.
50% of your booth fee is due upon acceptance, with the remainder due no later than April 15, 2024. Failure to provide payment will result in denial of vendor space.
Please email photo(s) of your booth and/or food offerings to: ithacafestival@ithacafestival.org; Please include Food Vendor Application in the Subject line of the email and make sure you include your contact information and business name.
Payments can be made via PayPal at:

Deposit Payments must be made at the time of application, there are no exceptions. Applications that do not include the deposit payment will not be included in the selection process.
