Review the PDF example we provided you.  This is the template we use to simplify the onboarding process and to ensure adopters and fosters are not overwhelmed with information.  While we do allow for certain customizations, they are limited to ensure the integrity of email purposes remain fully in tact.  If we feel information you would like included in the emails are too long, we will ask you to put together a pdf document which we will link to a Quick Click Button inside the email.

WHAT YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:
To complete this form quickly, make sure you have the following accessible. *Please note they below are not required, they are optional customizations.
  • Send/Reply To Emails (how you would like emails to be sent)
  • Branding  Kit (hex codes for colors, logo image)
  • Contact Details (primary org contact info, foster + adopter point of contact email)
  • Disclosures (charity registration numbers, legal disclosures)
  • Supporter Groups (links to Facebook/Slack Groups)
  • Social Media (links to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
