Fun Format days are designed to give the Junior grades (10U, 12U, 14U) game time before the start of the playing season in a fun, relaxed and social way, mixing grades, clubs and abilities. Hosting clubs will run each of these games days, and choose the type of format for that day. More information for each of the game days will be released closer to the date.

Saturday 23rd April (HAMILTON) 14U
King of the Rink
This is a fast paced, quick-change game format where 3 teams play within a 30 minute period. When a team scores, that team stays on, but plays in the opposite direction, the opposing team leave the rink, and the 3rd team now plays the scoring team, without any stoppage in play. Goalies are neutral. There will be 6 teams in total, with a Round Robin to play all combinations of teams, and Finals.
Players will need to bring a Light and Dark playing top
Cost - $5/player to be paid at host club

Sunday 24th April (WAIHI) 10U, 12U
Skills and Thrills
The day consists of 2 skills sessions where you can hone up on your skating technique, and 3 Round Robin Games against other mixed 10U and 12U grade teams
Players will need to bring a Light and Dark playing top
Cost - $5/player to be paid at host club. Cash please, no EFtpos facilities
