The Heritage Room is ADA accessible, with dimensions of 28’ x 49’, a capacity of 63 seated around tables, and 75 auditorium-style. 8 round tables (5 foot diameter) and 12 rectangular tables (8 foot long ) with option to rent fancy table cloths that cover the legs.
The Heritage Room includes a small kitchen with a double sink (no garbage disposal),
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 3 coffee urns, 1 coffee pot, 3 pitchers, rags/paper
towels, platers, trash bags, projector for presentations (requiring an HDMI input on the
user's device), and a powered countertop for electronics.
Care of the Facility:
The Heritage Center is on the State Historic Register; therefore, items such as
tacks, staples, nails, or tape may not be attached to woodwork, walls, ceiling,
and/or art pieces. Removable putty may be used and must be removed after the event. All catering arrangements and supplies are the responsibility of the Renter.
You get to set up your own room and break it down as well. Please include your set up and break down times in your request.
