Liberate Ourselves is an LGBTQ+ BIPOC youth leadership program created for young people between the ages of 12-18. In this group we explore mental wellness, identity and leadership.
Our main focus will be on the following topics: Self & Community Care, Mental Health Wellness, Relationships and Safety, Leadership Skills and Community Connection. This will also be a safer space for you to ask questions, share your ideas and learn from other young people.
We're here to celebrate your journey and be a support during these hard times. Our spring programming starts on Saturday March 18th and will meet for 8 weeks at our location in the East Side of Denver (the location will be shared with you a week before the event).
Liberate Ourselves es un curso de liderazgo para jóvenes LGBTQ+ entre 12 y 18 años de edad que se identifican como Latinx, Chicanx, Hispanx, Indigena o Mestizx. En este grupo exploramos el bienestar mental, la identidad y el liderazgo.
Nuestro enfoque principal son los siguientes temas: Cuidando Personal y Comunidario, Bienestar Mental, Consentimiento y Relaciones, Habilidades de Liderazgo y Desarrollo Comunitario. Este es también un espacio seguro para responder dudas, compartir tus ideas y aprender de otras personas jóvenes.
Estamos aquí para celebrar tu trayectoria y apoyarte! Nuestro programa de primavera empieza el Sábado 18 de Marzo y nos estaremos juntando por 8 semanas en nuestra oficina en el Lado Este de Denver (te mandaremos la dirección en el email introductorio).
