Phone Safe Buddies: Booking Request Form

To request a Phone Safe Buddy for yourself:
  1. Fill out this form by 5 pm PST for same-day requests on weekdays
  2. A representative will contact you to confirm details
  3. Your Safe Buddy will call you at the designated time
Notes:
  • We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however, this is contingent on availability
  • Phone Safe Buddies are available Canada-wide
  • Our form is monitored until 5 pm PST / 8 pm EST during weekdays, after which we may not see requests for the same evening
  • We would love to hear your feedback on your experience with our program, and ways for us to improve! You can email us your feedback, questions, or concerns to safebuddies@boltsafety.org and a team member will be happy to assist
