Telos CCS Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

This questionnaire is not an application. It must be completed and submitted prior to applying and interviewing with Telos CCS. This questionnaire does not prevent you from applying, nor does it guarantee acceptance to Telos Classical Christian School.

This document is designed to help a potential family determine if Telos may be a good fit for them. Consider these questions carefully, and whether the heart of this school aligns with  your family’s spiritual beliefs and convictions.

Please tell us your name, the age/grade of the child you are interested in possibly enrolling in Telos, and any other information about your family that you would like for us to know. *

Does at least one parental figure, who has influence over the child(ren) you are interested in enrolling in Telos, know and follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior-and believe that we are all sinners in need of the only Savior sent by God?

Do you currently have a Bible-believing home church, of which you are an active member? Please tell us about it, if so.

Do you have any major disagreements with the beliefs held and taught by FBC Crosby and Telos CCS (see the website) that could cause confusion to the child(ren) that you are considering enrolling in Telos?

Do you believe that a thorough Biblical and theological education is the most important thing you can provide your child(ren) with? Why or why not?

Do you understand the basics of what Classical Christian Education is?

Do you believe that the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy him forever, and that the Bible is inerrant and sufficient for all of life? In that vein, do you spend time in God's Word, studying, meditating on, and memorizing it?
