This form should only be used for those courses that were pre-populated for you based on teacher recommendations and teacher/student conversations. One request to drop per form, but you may use this form multiple times. These are the courses that Skyward will not allow you to drop from your requests. All other course change requests can be completed through Skyward.

The deadline to submit any changes will be April 15th. Please check your Skyward to see if the change was made. There may be instances where we will not honor course request changes due to graduation requirements.
