I give permission for my child to participate in after school club activities on school grounds such as after school clubs, sports and enrichment programs. I understand that in the event of any absences I will be responsible for fees for time reserved. The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time during the school year. You will receive 30 days notice of the fees increasing. Children must be collected by 5pm or 6pm. Late collections will incur a charge of £10 per 15 minutes as two members of staff have to remain on the premises.
