• Individual payment plans (pay over time) are not accepted/Group payment can be accepted if everyone is present at time of pay.

• Completion progress may take two weeks to a month. (Does not include the queue time)

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:

I will be in contact, one on one with each individual client, I usually work on one slot at a time and then move to the next slot once the current is completed.

If a client doesn't respond after multiple attempts of contact they will be moved a slot down in the queue.

Visual references are helpful for all com types, character reference is 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. 

⮑  You have to at least have some visual idea to show me, in order to do ref commissions too, I can work with Pt screenshots, pony creator images, etc.

• (in-depth written descriptions will not be accepted)

• Commissions are usually first come first serve however some may be prioritized (this is usually due to commission type and/or deadlines, ex: birthday)

• Please tell me all the basic information upfront before I start.
I will ask for clarification and other things during the commission process if needed!

• no free corrections/edits can be made after the rough sketch.

• After I start, I will not accept Changes or character swaps.

unless mistakes were made on my part

or If something happens that’s out of your control. Ex) Friends Ref gets updated mid-way through. Things happen that’s okay!

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Once completed, You will receive, (Contents vary on what you chose)

• A temporary google drive folder

• The Full res image/s

• Transparent PNG version of said image/s
- Complimentary 30 second speed draw (depending on if the file doesn't corrupt)

Extras:

- Layer organized PSD file and/or Procreate file (editable) If requested before starting

- Static version along with Animated version (for Animated commissions)

𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲:

After your commission is completed I do try to keep copies of your files for at least a year, since corruptions happen there’s no guarantee. I can’t store them properly since I’m stuck on mobile for the time being. 

Once you get your files please save them somewhere safe! I would recommend a usb drive if you can afford it!
