RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE:
This academy is open to all, however, the recommended audience is classified professional staff members and administrators within student services (Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Student Life, etc).
COST:
$10,000 for a group of up to 10 people per team. This cost includes the registration fee and breakfast and lunch for July 22 and 23th. This amount is not inclusive of travel and lodging.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Once you submit the registration form, contact Katrina Pantig at
pantigk@smccd.edu and you'll receive a follow up message with additional information about the program, lodging, travel and other logistics. Keep in mind that the designated team lead will be responsible for communicating with the Equity Institute team and preparing all team members to engage in the academy experience.
DEADLINE: May 1, 2020
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:
To cancel your registration and receive a full refund, email Katrina Pantig at
pantigk@smccd.edu and enter “2020 Equity Academy” in the subject line within 10 days of your registration. All cancellation/refund requests made after the 10 day period will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a $3,000.00 service and processing fee. After May 22, 2020 there will be no refunds for a cancellation.
• No refund amount will be granted for no-shows.
• Registration may not be transferred to a future Academy.
• In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, the Equity Institute will refund 100% of the registration fees paid.
