IMPORTANT NOTES: Chelsea Higley is the only person running this event. Do not send payment to anyone else. This event is for handmade makers, artists, refurbished items, food vendors, etc. No MLM/direct sales allowed. Payment is due with application.

Booth Size options and Pricing: 
1) Single Table ONLY (8'x5' space, 6' table provided) - $40
2) Booth (10'x10' space, one 8' table provided) - $75
If you would like to purchase a double booth space, please indicate in the notes section below.  

Pricing includes one table, two chairs, event advertising, and social media vendor spotlights. 

Sizes are based on availability of the venue and assignment is up to the show promoter. Booths will be set up tightly next to each other, so please plan your display accordingly. Your chairs will be set up within the booth space. We will be doing our best to give vendors their #1choice but the number of each type of booths are limited. 

Electricity plugins will only be available to 10x10 booths (per request below) but you must supply your own extension cords.

Sales Tax ID#/Seller's Permit ID# or last four of SSN# (if you don't have one it is required to obtain one before the show- this is needed for legal reporting purposes). This is for me to verify before accepting. All vendors will have a short form to complete at during event set up as well.  *

I acknowledge that this event is a "NO REFUND" event and that payments are due with the application. No refunds will be given once you apply unless you aren't selected as a vendor or the event is cancelled. Vendors who aren’t selected for this event will be refunded.

Applications are due by 4/15/24. You will be contacted either way no later than 4/25/24.  

PAYMENT IS DUE WITH APPLICATION. 
Payment can be made via PayPal to wisconsinmakersmarket@gmail.com or Venmo to @chelsea-higley (last # of phone 0454). PLEASE PAY AS FRIENDS/FAMILY so they don’t take a fee. Please add a note with your payment that indicates which market you’re applying for and your business name. If you are not selected as a vendor, you will be refunded.   

Vendor decisions will be based on several factors such as social media presence, social media following, product quality, etc.  I will also be doing my best to only allow one vendor for each category of handmade items to avoid as much direct competition as possible (example: one vendor for soap, one vendor for candles, etc.).
