We will have a senior leaders present from many different industries. There will be a facilitated discussion as well as open forum for leaders to have Q&A or share from experience. The Round Table will be held virtually and extend over one hour. Possible subtopics for this discussion may include:

Effective communication strategies for addressing leadership changes, and best practices for ensuring a smooth transferring critical knowledge from outgoing to incoming leaders.
Providing a platform for leaders to share challenges faced in succession planning, and celebrating success stories and lessons learned from successful leadership transitions.
