There is a minimum number of signups online. If you miss the cutoff come to Market Street at 5:30 on Nov 3rd to sign up.

Performer agrees that their creative expression is family-friendly as the show takes place in a public space in front of an audience of all ages.

Performer agrees that The Woodlands Arts Council and Artfeel staff have the right to cut off any performance that they deem inappropriate for any reason during the performance. Examples of this include but are not limited to nudity, obscene language, degradation of anyone or anything or damaging stage equipment, or speaking rudely to Artfeel staff.

Performer agrees to limit the ArtFeel to 3 minutes

Absolutely No self-promotion allowed

You give TWAC the authorization to use your image and performance, including sound, photos, video, and written descriptions of the content for TWAC’s use for all intents and purposes, including but not limited to TWAC print, digital, website, social media and publicity pieces.

Performer understands and agrees that any violation of this Agreement, and any behavior by Performer that is unacceptable in TWAC’s sole discretion, including impolite treatment of TWAC and/or its staff, officers, directors, volunteers, guests, and the location host may result in Performer being precluded from performing at any future ArtFeel and/or The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival.
