This workshop is for educators to learn how to make classrooms more inclusive for LGBTQ+ students.
We will go over why allyship is important, how it affects students' learning, and what specific actions educators can take to create welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ students.
The workshop is 90 minutes, with plenty of audience interaction and time for questions and discussion.
It will be administered virtually by physics undergraduate and graduate students.
