This round is two black angus, grass fed and grain finished cattle.
Vacuumed sealed and USDA inspected by Maple Ridge Meats.
The size of these cuts are significantly bigger than last year and quality is reflected in the price.
A final invoice will be sent to you for review. Please give us some time to process orders as our 8 week old daughter is assisting :-)
