Course:    Operator's Certificate (OSH)
When:      (date to be confirmed for TERM 4 / require min. 4 students)
Time:       9am to 3pm
Fee:         Covered by Pathways (NZD 245 per person)
Where:     PassRite Driving Academy, Kenepuru, Porirua
Credits:   US10851 Level 3 / 7 Credits

REQUIREMENTS:
*You must have driving experience
*You must be at least 16 years of age
*You must hold at least a Learners Driving License
FYI - OSH certificates need to be renewed periodically, every 3 years

For anyone holding a Full Drivers License, you can complete the OSH certificate with the ‘F’ endorsement.
People who hold an OSH certificate without a ‘F’ Endorsed license cannot operate a Forklift on a road or in a publicly accessible space, such as a supermarket carpark or a yard with an open gate.
The endorsement has an additional cost of $44 which must be paid directly to a licensing agency
