In my Answers programs, you can get the tests you need to find out what's causing YOUR symptoms and get a personalized nutrition, lifestyle & supplement plan based on your results.

We start with a 60-minute intake appointment to go over your health history, develop a game plan, and order your labs.

Once your lab results are in, we schedule a 60-minute follow-up appointment to go over your results in detail as well as your customized plan. After your appointment, you receive a written copy of your report and protocol.

A total of FOUR (4) slots per month will be opened per month. If spots fill up, you will be offered the next available spot.

All lab work can be completed from the comfort of your own home and are urine, saliva, fingerstick, or cheek swab tests.The appropriate tests will be sent to you immediately following your initial appointment. All packages expire 6 months after purchase.

* Hormone testing may not be accurate if you are currently taking hormonal birth control OR undergoing medicated fertility treatments.
