This is the registration form for Premier Grades entered in Auckland Schools Debating 2020. This form should be filled out by the Teacher in Charge of debating at each school by Monday 2 March. ASD entry fees are paid by direct credit to 38-9002-0403496-00. After completing this form ASD will send you an invoice for your entry fees. Entry fees are due one week before the start of PA Round 1 (i.e Wednesday 4 March). Schools between decile 1-3 are eligible for fee subsidies. Decile 4-6 schools can request a partial subsidy. Additionally, host schools may choose to have their Koha applied as a fees credit. Please select the relevant options that apply below. If you choose to withdraw teams after the first draw has been announced, the entry fee will not be refunded.

Do you intend to enter the Seasonal Championships for 2020?

ASD's seasonal championships is a 1 day debating tournament for Year 10 - 13 students taking place on Sunday 8 March 2020. Seasonals will include a novice division aimed at schools which do not usually participate in weekend tournaments. The Seasonal Championships are an excellent preparation tournament for teams entering AO, PJ or AO in 2020. Entries for Seasonals close on Monday 2 March.

Do you intend to enter the NZSDC Auckland Regional Debating Championships for 2020?

Hosted by the New Zealand Schools' Debating Council (NZSDC), the Auckland Regional Debating Championships is a 2 day tournament taking place on the weekend of 21/22 March 2020. The competition for Y10-13 students is used to select the Auckland Regional Debating Teams which represents Auckland at the New Zealand Schools Debating Championships and to select the Auckland Development Squad.
