Once the form is complete the:
1️⃣ Current Pass Holder's registration will be canceled,
2️⃣ $15 transfer fee will be charged to the Current Pass Holder's card used at registration,
3️⃣ New Pass Holder will receive a confirmation email.
Payment for the pass itself is up to the Current Pass Holder and the New Pass Holder.
