In executing this agreement, the named vendor acknowledges that the conditions on the Centralia Chamber website have been read, understood and will be followed: 

Due to limited space, we will prioritize returning vendors, vendors with full food menus, and local vendors. 

The committee meets once each month to approve registrations. Once approved, an email will be sent from The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce with a link to pay fees online - or a check may be mailed to the address provided.

Booth Size - Entire display, booth, or trailer (including tongue), must fit within the assigned space.

Chamber Members will receive a $200 discount.

Menu - Due to limited space, food vendors with a full food menu and unique food items will be prioritized for acceptance over vendors with just drinks or just desserts.
Drinks Only Line?

If your booth space allows, we encourage food vendors to create a "Drinks Only" line to quickly serve people bottled water and drinks in the hot weather. If you agree to create a "Drinks Only" line, a special sign will be made to draw attention to your booth.
