9/11 is a National Day of Service where people are encouraged to engage in a service related activities and perform acts of kindness to those selflessly work to keep us safe every day - veterans, first responders, and servicemen and women.

UMR will be hosting service projects all across the nation for veterans, first responders and servicemen and women and we need your help! We will be working in DC public schools, Prince William County Public Schools, and Prince George's County Public Schools (in the DMV) to educate students about the atrocity that happened in our nation 18 years ago on September 11th, 2001. We will also be having students partake in a letter writing campaign for veterans and first responders. We need volunteers to help facilitate these discussions in schools and engage in service with us on 9/11! Sign-up to receive information on service projects happening near you!
