Q)What is this?
This is an application for a blogger in the OMC Blog.
Q)What is the OMC Blog? Where can I find it?
www.omath.club. Read the about page for more. The OMC Blog is an initiative to get many math bloggers together. Many people are good at math writing and have blogs on AOPS and other websites. We want to give such people an audience and bring lots of content together for readers.
Q)Ok, sounds fun! What can I put in my blogs?
Almost anything math related- math olympiad posts of various difficulties explaining topics, solving nice questions, giving advice, talking about your experiences, interviews, resource compilations, expanding on OMC classes and more.
Q)Nice! Do I need to be active? I might not be able to start till [X].
Yes. Unless there are special circumstances, we require a blogger to make a post at least once every 3 weeks. However, if this not possible, let us know in the additional information section and we will take that into account.
Q)Do I need to be really good at math olympiads? Do I need to have experience writing math before?
You don't need anything. However, it will help to have experience in math or/and math writing. Nevertheless, we want a diverse group of bloggers- from those just starting out to IMO medalists, and from all around the world. So please just try applying- you might be surprised!
Q)Is this paid?
No, not right now. Might be in the future, but no promises.
Q)Deadline for this form?
1st May. If there are extenuating circumstances because of which you can't submit by this time, please mail us at
