BEPS Bash 2022 - Vendor Registration Form
Beth El Preschool is holding a pre-holiday Shopping and Book Fair fundraiser on November 17, 2022. The event will feature a variety of local businesses: clothing, jewelry, gifts for the home and more. 

There is no fee to participate. We are asking that every vendor donate 20% of their sales back to the preschool. 

Dates: Thursday, November 17 (6-10pm) 
Location: Congregation Beth El (Bender Social Hall)

CAVEAT
The deadline to submit the form to participate as a vendor is November 5. There may be a few vendor category exclusivities so submitting the form is not a guarantee for participation. We will use the information you provide to highlight your business in our emails and on social media.
