Make sure you have read through your audition packet carefully for details on each audition level.
Please be sure to complete this form and upload links to your audition VIDEOS to the correct location. You should upload your videos to your personal Google Drive or YouTube account. Then, you will share those links to the correct locations in this form.
If using Google Drive, be sure that you change your share settings so that "Anyone with the Link" can view your videos.
You will need to submit a separate video for EACH scale/etude/excerpt. Again, this must be a separate VIDEO and not just an audio-only file for each portion of your audition. In the videos, we should be able to see your entire body for posture and technique (left hand, right hand, and face to identify the performer).
*As this is a submit from home situation, you should submit your BEST video for this placement audition.
ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO EDITING/MANIPULATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARE ALLOWED. SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECORDED IN ONE TAKE AND CANNOT BE ALTERED. IF THIS OCCURS, YOU WILL BE PLACED IN OUR CONCERT ORCHESTRA WITHOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO RE-SUBMIT AN AUDITION.
SCALES should have an audible Metronome ON for the video performance. Please use your phone, computer, or separate device for this.
HARP
Harpists will all audition at the same level once again this year and may be placed in any of the five Orchestras. However, Harp classes will generally meet outside your assigned ensemble. When asked on the form which level you prepared, select "Harp" to move to the correct page.
