This form is for chapter membership ONLY. By submitting this form, I understand that I am requesting to become a member of the Michigan State University Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers, for the current school year. To become a member of the Michigan State Chapter, you must pay a $10 Membership fee. The CashApp handle will be located at the bottom of this form.

**All MSU chapter members must become paid National NSBE Members. A $15 annual fee is required to become a National NSBE Member. This fee must also be paid before attending any conferences AND before completing this form. You can pay your National dues at NSBE.org with a major credit/debit card. Click " Join/Login" to renew your membership, or  "Join NSBE" to create your profile and get started. Once you have paid, click on the outline of a person in the top right corner and click " Profile ". Your NSBE ID should be listed in " My Info " under " Basic Information ".**
