Allen County Fair Homemade & Homegrown Market - Vendor Application

Allen County Fairgrounds, 2726 Carroll Road, Fort Wayne IN 46818

Spaces cost $20 for an 8-foot table for approximated 10'x10' space.

Along with the market, there will be a military resource fair going on at the same time and live entertainment on the stage.

*Vendor spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis, taking into account a mix of vendors in the above categories. All potential vendors will be notified within two business days of the acceptance of their application. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.

Food Vendor (This is for home-based individuals or certified commercial kitchen individuals that make a food item for human consumption.)

Grower / Agricultural (This is a person who produces product from a farm venture; Honey, Wine, Maple syrup, Meats, eggs, produce.)

Craft / Artisan (Someone who makes his or her items for resale. Not a wholesaler or distributor of ready-made products.)

Agreement: I have read and agree to comply with the rules of the Allen County Fair Homemade & Homegrown Market. I understand its violation includes grounds for suspension and disqualification for future events. I understand that this is not a contract for entry into the market and that the Allen County Fair Committee must approve my application before I can participate in the market on Sunday, July 28th. No substitutions or subletting without prior permission. Booth space is not confirmed until payment is received. *
