한인사회복지센터에서 5월은 아시아 유산의 달을 맞이하여 다양하고 독특한 동양의 전통 및 현대문화 감상과 아시아인 차별 사례 발표를 통해 하나되고 화합된 캐나다로 나아가자는 행사를 주최 및 주관합니다.

본 행사는 "Beyond Race: We're All One!"을 주제로 여러 아시아 커뮤니티가 참여하여 고유 문화를 소개합니다.

5월 21일 캘거리 중앙 도서관(Calgary Central Library)에서 열리며,

13:00 ~ 15:00 리허설
15:00 ~ 16:00 심포지움
16:00 ~ 18:00 문화공연

순으로 행사가 진행 될 예정입니다. 또한 봉사자 분들께는 간식과 소정의 답례품이 제공 될 예정입니다.

*본 행사는 Canadian Race Relations Foundation으로부터 후원을 받습니다.

<Call for Volunteers - total 10 individuals>

During the Month of Asian Heritage (May), Korean Social Services Centre is aiming to create a safe space where we can all learn and appreciate our differences, and to share the lived experiences as Asians in Canada.

The event name is "Beyond Race: We're All One!" and multiple Asian communities will be participating in the event in various presentations to celebrate the month together in a meaningful way.

It will be held at the Calgary Central Library on the 21st of May as following:
13:00 ~ 15:00 Rehersal
15:00 ~ 16:00 Symposium
16:00 ~ 18:00 Cultural Performances

There will be snacks for volunteers and an honorarium for each individual will be provided.

*The event is sponsored by the Canadian Race Relations Foundation and hosted/coordinated by the Korean Social Services Centre.
