Focus Group Participant Signup
This is an application to be a participant in a Focus Group that will take place in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 9 a.m.

IMPORTANT (MUST READ BEFORE SUBMITTING):

This Focus Group concerns a criminal case involving issues including, but not limited to, a charged homicide and circumstances involving domestic violence. Accordingly, the discussion is intended to cover sensitive issues. Please do not submit an application for consideration to participate in this Focus Group if you are uncomfortable with reviewing and/or discussing such issues.

Participants will be paid $50 by check upon the close of the Focus Group. The entire session will take between three and four hours. A continental breakfast will be provided.

For consideration, please answer the questions below truthfully. If you are selected to participate in this Focus Group, we will contact you directly. If you are not contacted on or before October 21st, you have not been selected to participate. Please do not contact McBrayer directly unless you have been contacted by a McBrayer representative first.
