LIVE Zoom Online - Meeting ID and Password will be delivered after registration and FULL payment; during the week before the LIVE Session(s).

This offering is part of the PHTA CPO Blended Learning Option (Online + LIVE on Zoom).
It begins with an online, self-paced, 8-hour Pool Operator Primer (POP) course which MUST be completed by the student PRIOR to attending this LIVE Zoom class session.
The POP online access code (with eBook version of the CPO Manual) will be emailed upon completing this registration and FULL payment.
The PHTA Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) Handbook will be mailed at this time, too.
Once the POP code and the CPO Handbook have been sent, NO REFUNDS can be given.
However, the successful POP Certificate is valid for 6 months for access into future courses.
The Exam is given during the last 3 hours of the LIVE Zoom session(s).

Students holding a Current (not expired) valid PHTA (NSPF) CPO certification may also attend this class without taking the POP course; however, the POP course will help tremendously in passing the exam (no guarantee).

All of the course materials for both the Imperial and Metric versions are available in Spanish - CPO Handbook, The Pool Operator Primer (POP), Pool Math Workbook, Worksheets and the Exam.
The Live session will currently be delivered in English ONLY.

Steps to complete your CPO:
1. Complete this form in its entirety.
2. You will receive an invoice directly electronically based on your choices below.
3. Pay your invoice directly from the invoice link provided.
4. Once you have competed payment in full, you will receive an email with your online course code to take the online Pool Operator Primer (POP) portion of the course (this includes the eBook version of the PHTA Pool & Spa Operator Handbook). Remember, this part of the course MUST be completed PRIOR to attending the Live session(s). The POP Certificate of Completion is good for 6 months. Please, allow AT LEAST 8 hours to complete the POP.
5. Forward your signed POP Certificate of Completion and photo ID to ddillon@thepooltrainers.com in advance (at least the day before) of the Live ZOOM session(s).
6. Attend the FULL live Session(s) in its entirety, including taking the exam.
7. The Final exam is delivered online. 50 multiple choice questions. 74% (37 correct answers) is passing. The exam is limited to 3 hours. You will receive your score immediately online.
8. RETURN THE COURSE EVALUATION ASAP TO DDILLON@THEPOOLTRAINERS.COM (the course record cannot be submitted until all Course Evaluations have been returned)
9. THE PHTA will send your CPO Certificate directly within 2 weeks of receiving the course record.

POOL MATH WORKBOOK - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! - Only 25!
Especially for students who want/need extra math practice.
The Pool Math Workbook is an excellent extra, optional resource available to help you succeed.

OUR GUARANTEE:
We WILL get you Certified! You are welcome to attend any of our session until you successfully pass the exam and get certified - FREE OF CHARGE! (There is an exam retake fee, but no charge to attend the classes).
The POP Certificate of Completion is good for 6 months. If your POP expires before you pass, you will need to purchase another POP login, but still NO charge to attend our live sessions.

LATE REGISTRATIONS
After the close of regular registration for your Live Session(s), we can accept late registrations thru the Tuesday prior to your Live Session. We will send your CPO Manual via UPS overnight on Wednesday to be received Thursday in time for class. Your POP credentials will be emailed from the PHTA on Wed giving you roughly 2-3 days to complete the online POP course in advance of the Live Session. The fee for this service is an additional $75.
