Amicus Brewing Ventures Job Interest Form
Interested in working at Amicus Brewing Ventures?
We are a new brewery in downtown Tallahassee and are excited to share our adaptive re-use of the historic Old City Waterworks at 717 South Gadsden Street. We are seeking to hire customer focused staff who have a passion for craft beer and creating a welcoming space for all. Training is anticipated to start mid to late September for our October opening.
Our intention is to remove unconscious bias from our hiring process, so this application may seem a little different. Please answer all the questions below. We will review your answers and if we feel like you are a good fit, we will text you to set up an interview. The only things we will know about you before you show up are your answers to these questions.
Please provide your responses in 2-4 sentences maximum per prompt. Bonus points for being clear and concise! Being a creative writer is not a requirement for this job and we will not be judging if you have perfect punctuation or grammar -- we are trying to get to know you a bit, so please be honest.
This is Step 1 in our application process. If you are selected to advance through the application process, we will text you with further details regarding Step 2, an in person interview.
