Schedule Change Request Form
Schedule Changes can be made through the first 5 days of the Semester.

Schedule Changes are allowed to change classes under the following conditions:
*Student does not have a pre-requisite class completed
*Student needs a class for graduation - Seniors only
*Student failed a course in sequence - example would be in science or math
*Student is misplaced and has either a teacher or counselor recommendation for change
*Student is participating in Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program
*Student has a schedule mistake such as an empty hour or duplicate hours in the schedule.
