About the workshop
Through games and exercises, we will dive into the fundamentals of clowning -- play, the flop, saving flops, and discovering laughs while ‘in the shit.’

In clowning, the goal isn’t just to make the audience laugh. It’s to draw belly laughs from the audience using what is uniquely funny and ridiculous about you.

We’ll explore the fundamental difference that separates clowning from all other forms of comedic performing (improv, standup, sketch acting).

How to read/follow the audience to make them laugh so hard they pee their pants.

And how to turn failure into a superpower so you feel free every time you’re on stage.

It will be challenging! But you will leave this workshop a more free, impulsive, and lovable performer!

This workshop is suitable for all levels of performers, including those who have yet to be on stage.
