• THIA ME + 60 (@$4,999 per mth) = Maximum of 1 x
60minute treatment per day.
• THIA ME + 90 (@ $5,999 per mth) = Maximum of 1 x 90
minute treatment per day.
• Type of service and service times cannot to split.
• Services are available to book during normal advertised opening hours. Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm (excluding Public Holidays) (THIA reserves the right to adjust opening hours, at any time and without notice)
• THIA ME + is based upon a full month. (i.e Activated on 14th Sept, will expire up to and including 13th Oct)
• Membership cannot be shared or transferred.
• Services available - Massage : Bespoke THIA & Lapidem Full Body Massage, Foot Massage and or Head & Shoulder Massage. Facials : Lapidem, Aeos
and Vinoble Facials. Aqua Peel & RF services are only available as an upgradable service .Aqua Peel treatment (45min) for $250 per session • RF Treatment (10min- Eye Area) for $100 • RF Treatment (20min- Full Face) for $200. All other services are not included in this membership package and are required to be paid separately.
• Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your bookings. A maximum of 2 services can be reserved in advance at any one time.
• All bookings are subject to
availability. THIA wellness cannot guarantee
your preferred date and time. THIA wellness is not responsible, should you be unable to redeem your full allocation and entitlement of services with in the term of the membership.
• Cancellation and No-show Policy. Cancellation of previously reserved sessions require a minimum of 24hrs notice. Failure to observe this and / or no show will incur a HK$250 charge per session.
• Failure to pay the
cancellation/ no show
fee. Your pre-paid THIA package will sadly
become void. The
full standard price
of the treatment reserved
will be charged
against prepayment. No further
bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be provided.
• Any unredeemed / unused
time/ sessions for any reason, cannot be carried over, and no refunds will be provided. Membership balance cannot be credited towards other service or retail products.
• Retail products are not included.
• A printed copy of this form will be presented to you on your first visit. We require this hard copy form to be signed.
• No refunds will be provided upon commencement.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other memberships, offers, packages or promotions.
• THIA wellness reserves the right to limit the number of memberships sold.
• THIA wellness reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at anytime and without prior notification.
