Are you already a Quantu Project volunteer, or a prospective volunteer interested in the latest research, lifestyle suggestions and practice relevant to cognitive health?
We'd love for you to join us at the first Quantu Project Workshop starting at 10 am Aug 10th.
Our first two guest speakers are neuropsychologist Dr. David Gonzalez of UT-Health and the Glenn Biggs Alzheimer's and Neurodegenerative Disease Institute, and elite fitness trainer and San Antonio firefighter Mr. Chris Xanders. David and Chris will present on lifestyle and its role in cognitive health, and fitness tips.
Following the speakers' presentations, Quantu Project team members will provide a short tutorial on making the best use of the Fitbit fitness tracker. See Agenda below.
