The results collected from this questionnaire will be used to analyse the current registration process and pricing recommendations provided by Airbnb. The research will be used to support the design decisions made when creating a website to visualise the data for Airbnb listings in London during 2018.

The aim is to produce a website which will assist users in identifying trends and patterns in short term property lettings, providing further insight into the local competition to better inform pricing strategies.
