Posh Event Rules and Guidelines 


By proceeding with your booth application, you are agreeing to these Rules and Guidelines.  Breach of these without prior discussion with the owner or manager may result in return of your items without refund.


  1. Be respectful to the owner, event staff and other booth holders.

  2. Breach of Linden Labs terms of service will not be tolerated.

  3. If you have any questions, contact staff, they want to help you!  If you may be running late during the setup of your booth, contact staff.

  4. While staff will endeavor to ensure that there are no errors, it is your responsibility that all is correct at your booth.

  5. Ensure that your booth display is ‘clean’ and without excessive decor, vendor picturs are clearn and amazing quality excessive glow or excessive scripts (which will collectively increase lag and impair fellow designers and shopper experience).  Items must be contained within the booth. Sandwich boards, items/links outside or on the step of your booth will not be tolerated.

  6. Breaches of Intellectual Property, Copyright, Trademark, Trade Dress or Right of Publicity will not be tolerated.  If you are unsure or have questions regarding these, please contact event staff.

  7. Payment of the booth is due on reservation.

  8. Set up of the booth is due on the 29th of each month. You are expected to return to your booth and correct any errors if contacted by staff.  Unresolved errors which are in breach of any of the above guidelines may result in return of your items without refund.

  9. You will be assigned a booth by staff. While you are encouraged to nominate your preferred booth (up to 3 booths), these may already be reserved.  Staff will contact you with options on available booths, however if no return contact is made by the designer within 24hrs, event staff will nominate a booth on your behalf without consultation.

  10. Event gifts are encouraged but not mandatory on non-themed rounds.  Themed rounds will occur for months during which there are major holidays and gifts are requested. There will be a notice confirming if the upcoming round is themed. Please ensure that gifts are set to the Posh Event VIP Group (and not your store group).

  11. Scheduling of themed rounds is currently in progress so designers have notice of when these are occurring.  Posh Event is aiming to provide a minimum of 3 months notice of upcoming themed rounds so designers may plan with the most possible time. Designers have the option to prepay to reserve their booth of choice, however the standard booth payment to confirm reservation for the next upcoming round will be mandatory.

  12. We ask that designers Sent out Notice the 1st day the Event opens We are aiming for an amazing round and Team Participation is one way for event success I will be checking stores to make sure the Posh Event landmark is listed there.


Premium Sponsor -  4500L - 100 prims

Micro Sponsor -3000L - 80 prims

Regular -2000L 50 prims


  • 1-2 event exclusives*,

  • Up to 2 non-exclusive items displayed on booth side walls only,

  • Linkage markers on side wall (eg. landmark to your store/MP/Flickr) on side wall 

  Regular - 2500L - 40 prims

  • 1-2 event exclusives*,

  • Linkage markers on side wall (eg. landmark to your store/MP/Flickr) on side wall 


*Event Exclusive - a new item that is not sold at other events, instore, on Marketplace during that round of Posh Event.  You may sell your item/s as you choose once that round of Posh Event has concluded.  Exclusive signage/marker must be included. For items with multiple related pieces, a fatpack option must be on offer otherwise they will be counted as multiple offers (eg. a dress + lingerie + shoes + jewelry will count as 4 items unless a fatpack option is available which will reduce the item count to 1).  Please note that the booth display must remain “clean” and attractive.


Event Timeline

7th - 15th - Booth reservation and payment due via Payment Room

21th - Noon Booth setup available

29th - 8am slt - Booth setup complete vendor pictures must be email to me poshbarby1997@gmail.com

29th - Standby designers contacted to fill booths

30th/31st - Standby booth setup complete

1st - 12 Noon slt - Event opens

21th - 12am slt - Event closes

21st - 12am slt - Collect your items/items returned by staff
