House of Cheek's event "Burlesque Show" will be taking place on the stolen territory of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. House of Cheek strives to make their venues and events safer spaces for LGBTQ+ and trans/non-binary/2spirit, BIPOC, and people with disabilities.
The venue has 2 inclusive washrooms on-site, one with urinals and one without, as well as a separate large accessible washroom with a grab bar. The Sparkle Lounge is wheelchair accessible to the lobby, theatre seats, and greenroom, however, there is a set of stairs (2 steps) onto the stage.
