NEW - EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 23, 2020 - ONE AND DONE!
New simple process: once you have registered for your Groton Middle or Fitch High School student to take home meals, your child will remain on the list to be provided meals each Friday.  If you wish to opt out at any time, please contact your school's kitchen manager.

THIS FORM WILL REMAIN OPEN, and students will be added on a rolling basis.  To ensure that your child receives meals, please complete the form no later than 8:30am on Thursday for delivery the next day.

STUDENTS AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS are provided take-home meals on their last day each school week.  There is no need to complete this form.  If you wish to opt out of the elementary school meals program, please email your school's kitchen manager.  

WHOOP! WHOOP! Meals in the school and take-home are FREE for the entire 2020/21 school year.
