It is the policy of Atenas University Dr. María Luisa Hernández Núñez to offer students an academic environment that fosters integrity and attention to their interests. The purpose of this policy is to establish adequate processes to address student complaints and claims. It will be applied within the Institution or in any other place considered an extension of the classroom (understood as practice centers), or where official and Institution-sponsored acts are being carried out.
