The student named below is applying to attend SATELLITE,  a STEM outreach and leadership development program at NC State University. It is designed to introduce sophomore high school students from underserved North Carolina public schools to various science and technology related career paths. The SATELLITE program is intended primarily for students who have exhibited a strong interest in mathematics and science, but is NOT limited to students at the top of their class.
