Join the Cookies Chess after-school program at King's Christian College and continue investing in your child's future.  Chess is embossed into the King's specialist rotations curriculum, as the college fully supports the educational benefits of learning and playing chess.  Chess is a great game for all ages, including adults and we know it's not just a game but Statistics prove that chess develops our children's critical and creative thinking, teaches focus, consequences for actions, enhances problem solving skills, memory retention and is a great way to make friends.   We currently have the most Queensland Junior rated students at King's than any other school in the STATE!
