Camp Tuition: Does Your Student Qualify for Free or Reduced-Price Meals During the School Year?

The tuition is $718 per session. This includes transportation to and from camp from Arlington, all meals and snacks (except a bag lunch the first day), tent accommodations, and all supplies. The reduced rate is $119 per session. Camp fees are set by the School Board. Only Arlington resident students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals during the school year are eligible to pay the reduced rate.  Tuition invoices will be sent with camp acceptance letters and  must be paid within one week of receipt to hold your space in camp.

I agree my student will follow all current COVID-related and other safety protocols being followed by APS while attending camp and on the bus to and from the Outdoor Lab. I understand that partial refunds will be given only if requested in writing and only if the student is ill (with a doctor's note), if there is a death in the immediate family, or if the student moves outside of Arlington.
