DACC Student Parking Permit Request Form

All students who drive to DACC must register their vehicle with our office and visibly display their parking tag while on campus. Please complete the form below and click submit. The cost for a parking pass for 2021.22 is $5. Parking passes can be picked up during Schedule Pick-Up (for Level 1 students), during Open Hours (for Level 2 students) and in the Main Office after the beginning of the school year. Students who obtain a driver's license later on in the year may apply for a parking permit by completing this form at that time.
