VALHEN Scholarship Request Form
Congratulations on earning your VA Latino Higher Education Network Adelante scholarship. Please fill out every question on this form CAREFULLY and we will transfer funds over to your institution. Only submit one request per award. If you are submitting for a 4 year renewable scholarship, only submit once a year. VALHEN awards scholarships only to students who graduate from a Commonwealth of Virginia high school and/or attend, on a full-time basis, a public or private degree granting institution of higher education in Virginia as an undergraduate student. Funding must be requested within 5 years from the award date.  Funds will be mailed within three weeks from the date of your request. For any questions, please contact info.valhen@gmail.com.
